Consequently, all product logistics, inventory availability, delivery timelines, payment processing disputes, customer invoicing, shipping guarantees, order cancellations, and product returns are strictly governed by Amazon India’s consumer marketplace policies.
Marketplace Liability Disclaimer: LeoTec Electronics LLP holds no platform-side liability for external marketplace delivery delays, courier routing issues, payment gateway failures, or marketplace fulfillment disruptions originating on Amazon India.
3. B2B and Compliance Inquiries
Submissions, inquiries, or proposals submitted through our Contact form under categories such as "Vendor & Brand Partnerships" or "Corporate Compliance" are routed to the administrative desk of LeoTec Electronics LLP for evaluation.
Please note that form submissions, auto-replies, or preliminary communications do not constitute a binding commercial contract, partnership agreement, or supply guarantee until formally executed and signed off in writing by the Designated Partner(s) or an Authorised Signatory of LeoTec Electronics LLP.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
Any statutory, legal, or corporate disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of this site or business operations of the Firm shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kolkata, India where LeoTec Electronics LLP is officially incorporated.
